“Customer” is any individual or entity who purchases any Service(s), “Device User” is any individual whose device is enrolled to receive any Service(s), whether such device is owned by the Device User or Customer, and “End User” is any individual who uses the Site or Service(s).

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect “Personal Information,” which is information that identifies an individual or reasonably can be used to identify an individual. The individuals whose Personal Information we may collect include Customers who are individuals, the IT or other personnel of Customers, Device Users, and End Users. The Personal Information we collect includes:

Email address
Payment information

We also collect “Non-Personal Information,” which is information that does not, and cannot reasonably be used to, identify an individual. The Non-Personal Information we collect includes:

Device serial number
Device manufacturer and model
Device operating system information
Device UD identification number, if applicable

Browser information
Aggregated information
Application analytics and statistics

How Do We Collect Information?

We collect Personal Information when a Customer purchases our Services; when a Customer invites a Device User to register a device for the Services; when a Customer, Device User or other End User enrolls a device with our Services; or when a Customer, Device User or End User interacts with us in another way, including:

Sending us a message, communicating with us, or making a request;
Participating in a contest, promotion, sweepstakes, survey or other promotion through the Site or Services;
Participating in a blog or forum on the Site;
Registering for an account through the Site or Services.

We and our third party service providers may collect Non-Personal Information in a variety of ways, including:

Through your browser: Certain information is collected by most browsers, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system version and Internet browser type and version.

Using cookies: Cookies allow a web server to transfer data to a computer for recordkeeping and other purposes. We use cookies and other technologies to, among other things, better serve you with more tailored information and facilitate your ongoing access to and use of the Site. From your device: Information such as your location information (if such feature has been enabled on your device) and device information is provided through our device. Unless combined with Personal Information, this information does not personally identify you.

By aggregating information: Aggregated Personal Information does not personally identify you or any other individual but is information about a group or category relating to the Site or Services. For example, we may group the percentage of Customers which enable certain features of the Services and further group such Customers into industries.

Using pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs or other similar technologies: These may be used in connection with some Site pages and HTML-formatted email messages to, among other things, track the actions of Site users and email recipients, measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about Site usage and response rates.

How Do We Use and Disclose Non-Personal Information?

Because Non-Personal Information does not personally identify an individual, we may use and disclose Non-Personal Information for any purpose. In some instances, we may combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining an individual’s name with his or her geographic location). If we combine any Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated by us as Personal Information for so long as it is combined.

IP Addresses

Your “IP Address” is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

How Do We Collect, Use and Disclose IP Addresses?

An IP Address is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user visits the Site, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many web sites.

We use IP Addresses for purposes such as calculating Site usage levels, helping diagnose server problems, and administering the Site. We may also use and disclose IP Addresses for all the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information. Please note that we treat IP Addresses, server log files and related information as Non-Personal Information, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law.

Applications Submitted for analysis

Applications submitted to the Services, such as Dexter, by the End User for purposes of performing application analysis or other Services remain the ownership of the respective intellectual property owner and licensed by the respective licensee. We assert no ownership or license claims over these works and the End User accepts all responsibility for using our Services in conjunction with their or third-party works. As part of the Services performed, we may collect information about the application including name, binary information, analysis report, and statistics, as well as when and by whom it was submitted. We reserve the right to use non-personal information in aggregated form, such as trend reports, for private and public distribution, support of our Services, support of End Users, and within our research.

Information transmitted through our servers

If the Customer who has purchased the Services, at its option and discretion, activates the “network inspection” feature of the Services, the data, messages, files and content which are transmitted to or from a User Device (“Transmitted Content”) enrolled for such Services will be monitored and managed by the Services and will be processed through our servers. We do not cache, store or otherwise save any Transmitted Content, or data mine any information contained within the Transmitted Content, but we do process the Transmitted Content through our servers as part of such network inspection feature.

Accessing and changing your personal information

If you would like to review, correct, update, delete or otherwise limit our use of your Personal Information that has been previously provided to us, you may contact us at the contact information listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.

In your request, please make clear what information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Information suppressed from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Information. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that in order to comply with certain requests to limit use of your Personal Information we may need to terminate your Services with us, and you agree that we will not be liable to you for such termination or for any refunds of prepaid fees paid for such Services. You understand that it may not be technologically possible to remove from our systems every record of your Personal Information. The need to back up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means a copy of your Personal Information may exist in a non-erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate or remove.

Third Party Sites

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site to which this Site contains a link. The inclusion of a link on the Site does not imply endorsement of the linked site by us or by our affiliates.

Security

We use industry-wide technical measures to protect Personal Information under our control from unauthorized access or use. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below.

Retention period

We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and for business, legal or tax purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.

Use of site by minors

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the Site. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13).

Cross-border transfer

Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities, and by using our Site and/or Services you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your state or country of residence, including the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your state or country.
